uh.. guys.. I'm stumped at step 5 from this link.....

WHERE should I find this "main" file? I've searched the folder and found none called main... I'm using FarManager170.exe (version 1.7 I suppose?) and using the plugin SEFP010044.zip, but then deleting the plugin and using sefp010051.rar instead. then I loaded the FarManager and the options to "enter the matrix" listed are completely different than what's in the picture on that link. so I deleted the newer (51) plugin and goes back to the previous (44) plugin and have a mixed result when I reloaded the FarManager. it shows options from the 44 plugin and from the 51.

any suggestions? *still waiting for the angel to lend help*

Register here dude (it's free and quick) and download the MAIN, FS and Custom File you need to arise your phone from the dead .

As you said the phone is CID36 (the loader told you that):

"...DB2010 detected
LOADER: OK
FC ID: 20 0D
EROM: RED CID36
OTP: RED CID36..."

You should download these files from the above link - go to firmware/k750/cid36/ and find these files:

MAIN R1CA021 EMEA 4 36
FS R1CA021 EMEA 4 36

Remeber, when downloading MAIN and FS you have to download exact match of them. So if the MAIN has EMEA language pack the FS have to have that word in it's name. For e.g.:

MAIN EMEA - FS EMEA1. FS EMEA2, FS EMEA3 and etc...
MAIN GENERIC - FS Generic and etc...

Once you have these files, flash your phone with some flashing program.

P.S. As your phone is CID36 you can try opening it with FAR Manager . If it recognizes you can flash the phone and finalize it without any having problems. If not, flash it with phoneXS for e.g. and then finalize with FAR Manager.

Hope these steps will help you learning the spell of arising your k750 from the dead .

strizlow... thanks for the info, unfortunately I can't find the main file you mentioned. I only find the FS file. there's no EMEA in the main folder.

what is EMEA means? does these 2 files has english language installed? I'm a little bit confused because the files that has "AMERICA" is not intended for north america, it is intended for spanish speaking countries (I see Chile mentioned). that is very strange. I remember that before I update the phone, the firmware says something CHINA. does that mean that my phone is K750 c? not i? should I find the files that has CHINA mentioned on it?

P.S. I searched around their download files and it's making me more confused, they are a ton of files for K750 and I don't understand a single word they put there, beside the file name

I don't think you have a k750c.You can use

You can use Gflash instead of FAR because it is more easer:

Just run the program and select your MAIN & FS then click " flash" and plug your phone holding C key.

thanks for another good piece of information

the GFlash seems to be unstable (it's beta version) in my opinion. it always says "Gflash is encountering error. if you are in the middle of something it might be lost." then the program closes. I was trying the repair button.

oh well, I guess I really have to go work with the FarManager and PhoneXS++

MY PHONE IS FINALLY BACK TO LIVE!! YYYEEEEAAAAAA!!!

but it says something about customization error, I guess I haven't finalize the phone or something? now trying to look into how to do that so I can use the phone...

hi there racNET. thanks for the link. I seem to have fixed the phone for now. this forum combined with SE-NSE is the best in finding more info on how to fix your phone!

my problem now, the computer can't access my memory stick when the phone is plugged to the computer via USB cable! very strange. it used to happen to my husband's W800i because of the Disc2Phone program, but now his phone is ok, while mine is acting that way.

anybody know what's the problem? thanks in advance.

hanugro, pssst... dari indo kok.. makanya pake bulukaki krn di sini langka liat org punya bulu kaki hihihi..

my phone is 90% fixed I think. I just need to get that super cam driver loaded properly to the phone and I'm all set for maybe another year or two before deciding to get K850i or not
