My only main complaint with them is they tend to be pricey, only other issue I've had is a camcorder I recently ordered from them came with an EU plug rather than UK (standard power lead). Not really a problem though as I have plenty of the UK leads, the EU one will come in handy when abroad.

The P1i does look a good price at the moment I agree, but having ordered it originally over 3 weeks ago at over £600, (the price has changed 3 times in this period) initially they are expensive... the 770 is very tempting with my "change"

I don't tend to buy phones from them these days.

In older times they often got them in quicker than others but they were asian imports and they were stated as such. No idea on their current description policy as I only buy accessories from them these days

in general I have never had a problem and they have willingly accepted stuff back the few times I have need that service

I must admit I ordered one of these too.

Its just something with a bigger screen than M600 to keep 1 eye on Esato on the way to and from work on the train

its a bit of a novelty though as I was already more than happy with the M600 on esato light for that purpose, but at this price its worth a play
