The screen doesn't go back to standby anymore in the latest R6BC002. Why don;t you run SEUS and get better performance? It's just that easy...

i think maybe you told them about what you did or something by accident when asking to help, or maybe the problem was caused because of this...i had a k800i i got with my voda contract..debrand software and hardware an then rang them for unlock code and they gave me it free within 5 mins...so i doubt the phone company will detect you have debranded your phone..maybe changing the model they can but not debranding it...i would go ahead and do it, it will make a big difference

yes i think it is.... others have updated their firmwares... whats your region anyway?! is your K810 branded? coz it all depends....

I've updated it. It's new FW, but no bug fixes. I always buy unbranded phones
