Thats typical of what can go wrong. T-mobile seem OK. Always able to get through and speak to someone who can understand why you're ringing.

Well just been back on to o2 with my bank statements. The nice guy at o2 managed to track down the other phone within 10 mins using my postcode.
The phone was received by them on the 12th, an is now being handled by the returns department.
I spoke to 2 people yesterday, 1 of which was a team leader who could not track this phone at all.
It just shows that there are some good knowledgable people who do work for these phone companies.
