im willing to sacrifice a couple features from the n95 and get p1 just for battery life. its battery is huge comapred to n95.

I will try a P1 but somehow doubt that i will swap my N95 for it. Maybe the battery life will be better on P1,.. with N95 i see i can live without touchscreen and querty. Only flaw that my N95 is a bad slider

ill see how much a nokia battery is. charging twice a day is rediculous though, i dont want to be doing that, at this stage though, it looks as though i almost have to. but, again, i dont want to have to do that.

For me it actually the applications availability that has edge over UIQ 3.x. I have everything i can imagine available for my N95. Back in the day my P990 lacked a lot of applications. I also find N95 a lot faster than P990, and it is quite hard to crash it
I hope that P1`s ram will do all that P990 couldnt, maybe i might get back to UIQ after all
