Im with Pete on this one, you should always have enough in your bank to cover any direct debits coming out.

Therefore i do not think xdavex should pay your overdraft do not belive what people say unless you know them really well or have done alot of trades, if he is supposed to pay you then by all means you may wish to take it further.......otherwise its not xdavex fault that you never had enough funds in your account to pay you DD. Dont wish to sound rude but thats how i see it.

Always there is another option............get your bank charges back

*sigh* point taken.

Never take anyones word for anything, on this forum

Anyway, back to the matter at hand.

I have recieved his e-mail address via PM - d.double.l@hotmail.com

Have contacted him via this e-mail in the past, but have had no contact form here here as to why no payment has been recieved.

If something has come up over the past year and a half serious enough to warrant not paying and not sending the item back, i'm willing to forgive and forget. And pay the £38 Natwest fine which I foolishly incurred.

I'm Hoping to recieve his address or a contact number to get in touch with him.

I have texted him on the 2 numbers I have for him, but no reply. I'll ask others to confirm if this actually is his number tomorrow... allowing him, yet more time to get in touch.

I've been trading since I was 11, I'm now 19... in those years not 1 person has avoided paying me. This really isn't going to be the first.

He previously mentioned living closely to me, so hopefully once I get his address I can visit him to see what's taken so long, and hopefully get my money back or something of the same/greater value.

you guys seem to not be seeing the BIG picture.

He gave the guy ONE YEAR AND A HALF to pay a measly 25 pounds!

He then was PROMISED that he'd get paid by Friday.

All I know is, it's a shame that KK has suffered because he bothered to TRUST someone on Esato.

I lost money here because of trusting a person on the forum which is a shame.

I hope you get your money back, it may not be much money but imho it's the principle of it, if you say you're going to send money to someone then you should do it!

I hope xdavex does the honourable thing

Im with KK on this one, and anyone else here who isn't with him should take another think about it. KK is not being unfair at all, not one bit! This guy should pay the extra £38 as he didnt pay when promised, and c'mon, a year and a half for £25? Why not just send him the bloody thing back then, forget that, why even buy it if he couldn't afford it?

Thanks for the support... at least some people think it's fair.

Like I said I believe things come up stopping people paying etc. So I gave him more time as I had his word he would pay...

Now I know everything he told me was probably a lie and he never intended on paying, but I generally give people the benefit of the doubt.

But i'm not going to be taken for a fool, and 1 and a half years is pushing it.

Also other commitments had taken priority and I had forgoten about the debt.

If xdavex doesn't agree with paying the £38 Natwest charge, he can pay the £100 charge i'll happily apply for pushing his luck and simply wasting my time.

Every trader on here or anywhere knows capitol is key... I could have potentially doubled, tripled.... hell even turned that £25 into £250 over a few transactions, I mean seriously it has been over 18 months.

I really don't think i'm being unfair here... xdavex feel free to post here if you think I am.

I think u are 110% correct on this matter. A year and a 1/2. I have a couple of Q's

1. If u don't mind me asking, what did u send him.
2. When was the last time he contacted you

A question to everyone
3. When have u seen/talked to him last either on or off esato.

@SE4NICK

Don't think i'm going to mention what was sold here mate, but it wasn't mobile phone related... I think what was sold should be between me and him, but the fact that he doesn't pay should be known by all.

The last contact I had from him is the PM I quoted on the first page of this thread. And around 2 weeks prior to that we spoke over MSN and he told me he would send payment on the nearest friday (start of July 2007). When he didn't pay (yet again) I PM'd him and got the reply you see in the first page.

Also note it took a LONG time to get in touch with him on various occasions, or for him to even make contact... however he PM'd me within 1 hour of me starting this thread...

Well, that tells me that he's not dead lol......

However he may be sick or dying......(no funnies there)

Pehapps he is busy with a sick relative or struggling badly with something in life.

However badly he may be struggling you deserve a reason why payment is hard for him to make.

BUT THEN AGAIN he may be do i dare say it. NOT INTENDING TO PAY YOU.

Well i just realised my post isn't that helpfull. Oh well consider it a free BUMP
