I had this problem and it was caused due to the fact that I use Firefox, as when firefox updates the java console and macromedia player it updates to a different version than used by Internet Explorer and ultimately
therefore simply updating the Java console and Macromedia player through Windows Internet Explorer should *fingers crossed* solve your problems!

At the time, I was doing basically nothing! I have found the setting now thanks. I have used 17Mb out of 63Mb so have some in the bank.

Uninstalled and reinstalled PC Suite and it synched! Up and running, here to stay - for a while anyway.
