Yes, you can add a phone lock and/or SIM lock via the security/locks menu.

I don't mean the normal phone/sim lock, this is already found on all SE phones...

I mean the when the keypad is locked, no body can unlock the keypad unless he enters the code, the phone is working normally

bu other words, rather than press * then unlock keys to unlock the keypad, you have to enter a code you choose to unlock it so no body can use your phone without your permession

After pressing the *, the unlock key is at the bottom right of the screen. You just need to press on the screen.

it's a normal keylock, but rather than requiring (*, unlock) to unlock the phone it will require entering a code, so no body can use the phone as they dont know the code..

note I don't mean the SIM or PHONE pin code, wich is optionally required in phone startup, I mean when you leave the phone unused for some second the keypad will automatically be locked, the default in SE is to press * then unlock to unlock the keypad so you can use the phone...
I don't want it to require (*, UNLOCK) but to enter a code, every body knows the (*, UNLOCK) thing, but nobody except you know the code, so nobody will be able to use the phone if you leave it for a while for example...

This may help you ...

Advanced Device Locks for UIQ 3. It lets you have a passcode to access the phone. Haven't checked out the details though. I think you can even lock certain applications with a code too.
