this is the Claim form you are given which clearly states 120 days...you made a mistake i think..
i misplaced my 5th bill last month and lost out like you (another company)

Last time I spoke with OFCOM they told me that if I was to mention to the mobile company I was going to ring OTELO they would act promptly as each issue raised with OTELLO against the company will cost that company £450 so they'll bend over backwards to stop you contacting them!
