yeah, happens very randomly. 3 out of 5 times it works ok after a restart.

Thanks Masseur - actually I think I will try exactly this. Re-install LongCuts, unmap everything ( the reason I've unistalled in the first place was the fact that for me, the program didn't work in the first place. Look here:

Later edit: if you look at the screenshots from my link you'll my version has installed incomplete; I have no letters to assign the apps to. I also have a menu with bind and unbind and exit!! That's all! So I can't map or unmap letters. Damn!
It might be a memory issue after all. I'll back up and master reset.
Maybe it'll all be ok after the reset.
