If i remember correctly, with normal o2 you have only 14 days to port over your number. Its different with O2 CPW, thats why i dont go with them.
What network did you go with last time with e2save?

e2save use the o2 network but e2save deal with der own billing, porting, customer service side of things, so if you call o2 direct they can't help since u signed up thru e2save. o2 direct can't access ur details if u have signed up through e2save or cpw, so you have to talk direct to e2save or cpw.

that is utter utter balls...
It's an ofcom requirement that people can port in and out numbers willy nilly as they wish.
Porting out can be an issue but porting in isn't..
get onto CPW O2 luke and give em stick. they can do it, they are just being effing difficult (give them some bull about you not giving it within 14 days and you weren't sure if you were keeping the phone)

ofcom..

say noting about time scales in relation to porting in, therefore it's O2 being difficult..
get onto them luke, give 'em stick, they can do it....if not, gentle threat of ofcom...if no joy there, write a letter to Mr Erkskine (CEO O2), you will receive a response within 14 days, if no satisfactory outcome from that, you have no choice but to contact ofcom.. they will come down on O2 like a ton of bricks...
but you didn't do it within 14 days due to phone being returned etc
good luck matey...

Tossers! If that was the case I should have been able to keep one of my numbers on my O2 contract I have.
I tried to port about a month later and the guy told me about 14days etc etc
