All p990 users wont see that much difference between p990 and p1, just some upgrades, like camera, speed, and some bugs that were present in the p990, oh yeah..and size

.
The w960 is out and that phone rocks...the interface is super cool and the walkman capabilities...out of this world..jeje, being able to see the track song and everything in standby mode.

Cheers all for your input, to be honest i have had no real problems with P990, but i'm not the power user that some on here might be.
I think i will go for the P1, even if its just have the latest model :)

I've just gone from a W810i to P1i. So far, I'm loving it. Highly recommend it. I did think about waiting for the W960, but I don't listen to music much on phone. I even have an iPod but don't use that.

...so, you will be paying premium por those 8GB !
You can purchase a P1i by much less and afterwards you can upgrade the P1 to become a W960. Just buy a memory card and a BT stereo headset as soon as their price drop.

I think rather wait for W960 since you do have a lot of music in your P990. And since W960 has the new Walkman3.0 media player.

@LeeG
It depends on what you want from a camera phone. If your looking for it to take professional grade shots for print work then no the cameras never going to do. However if your looking to carry one less device and take pics of things casually and for special ocassions when you dont have a camera then it will more than do the job. Imho ive always felt that the camera on the p1i was more than adequate for my needs, put then im not a photographer, and i dont need 10 mp to take a picture of me and my friends and family clowning around over thanksgiving dinner.
Also ive read about the possibility of using a P1i and flashing it to the w960i firmware and having the best of both worlds!
