I'm on online 200, which is 200 minutes and 400 txts. When i spoke to her on the phone she said i only use between 180-200 txt per month and i hardly ever call people, and when i do it is like for 5 minutes at a time maximum. I'm rubbish at haggling lol. She was really pushing the 18 month deals though.

Hmmm yeah think i've seen that one, but it's 18 months. O2 offered 18 months but the phone was free but it was £35 per month which is dearer than t-mobile, ARG! So i suppose it balances out.

I lied!
is what tmob will do for you..
£545.98 for the whole term (18 months)
to do it on 12 months is....
£445.98 but that gets you £30 of credit..
Use your allowance on any mix of UK calls, texts & picture messages. £30 allowance gets you up to 150 minutes or 300 texts. Don’t decide in advance, just use your phone and use it up.

@ Haynescorp
Well i have found a slightly better deal then that still with T-Mobile that gives you enough texts with still some voice minutes and the Blackberry E-Mail which is apparently compulsory with a Blackberry. It doesn't give you the Web N Walk mobile surfing option but you haven't said if that's what you want the Data for or if it's just the E-Mail.
x 1 BlackBerry Pearl 8100g (Black), Flext 25 (12 months)+ Options
Your phone BlackBerry Pearl 8100g (Black) £79.99
Your price plan Flext 25 (12 months) £25.00 £5 OFF line rental -5.00
Your options Instant Email £10.00
Package 1 price £30.00pm and £79.99 purchase of BlackBerry
Delivery charges: Next day by 6p.m.* £5.99
Total amount due monthly £30.00
Your allowances on this would be £30 allowance gets you up to 150 minutes or 300 texts for £20 and you can use this as you wish so will cover your 200 texts and still leave some allowance left for your voice calls plus of course you get rollover minutes and texts and £10 BlackBerry E-Mail which is compulsory not sure if their is a limit but i guess not at that price.
Which comes to a total price over 12 months of £445.98.
OOp's just realised that is exactly what Fatreg has posted these meds are really messing with my head.
But i agree with him if that's what you want it does look a good 12 month deal and blows 02's out the water, so much for being a loyal customer and being rewarded so getting you a better deal.
But both of these are offering BalckBerry E-Mail not unlimited Data is that what you want? as their is a difference.

Thanks for everyones help. I've just come back from t-mobile.
I got a blackberry pearl;
Blackberry Pearl = Free
Flext 25 + Web 'N' Walk = £27.50 = 200 mins or 400 txt
BB Services = £5.88
Total = £33.38 per month
The seem to have the better deals, i got given a provisional number and was told to get my PAC tomorrow and ring them up and my old number will be transferred within 5 days.
Pretty happy!

Congratulations on your new device hope you are happy with it and welcome to T-Mobile and Web n Walk. I suggest if you need customer services you sit down first as the difference my come as a shock after your 02 experiences.
