@pachy
w00t are you on and is it readily available, per chance?
I work for
O2. Please note, That is
o2 not
o2 online.
They are seperate companies to an extent and as such all o2 online enquiries wash over me and the same with your argument.
I just find it funny that suddenly its all a conspiracy against you.
Merry Christmas, cheers for all the laughs
Jalu

I havn`t got a huge problem with o2,i just love arguing if you must know, by the way, o2 & o2 online are about as "seperate" as Orange/Vodaphone, or the link/dixons/PC world, now about your conspiracy worries, just let me handle that, i`ll stay up all night & at the crack of dawn when they come through the window to "get" me i"ll show them your brown nosed posts & try to pass myself off as your mate.

Jalu, sorry mate u aint got a clue as to what O2,s business agendas are in d coming years as no offence mate but you are just a csa in a call centre with a few set targets you have no idea what is being planned at senior level or what goes on there, I have spoken to people who have investigated lets say certain issues.yes O2 is seperate from O2 online but not that far apart so d theory of it being as different as orange and voda etc is b@ll@ks. My contract O2 SP can see my O2 online account.posted frm T68

@Goolies, It was ME who said o2 & o2 Online was about as different as Orange & Voda, the reason i said that was a "sarcastic" remark mate because you need to be aware that Orange & Voda ARE THE SAME COMPANY (and have been for over a year) i thought most people knew that..........I think to be fair @ jalu is just trying to show that lots of o2 customers are in fact quite happy, allthough my experience is that when o2 do get a customer wound up (& i mean ALL o2 companies) they tend to give the impression they don`t care, MORE so than other companies, this kind of complacency harps back to the old BT Cellnet days, but it is slowly dying out as companies realise it can make for very bad press.

Pachy,
Sorry mate misinterpreted that,
The level of service O2 provide for online customers is well below standard and the fact that my complaint had to be passed to the Executive complaints team at O2 (not O2 online) and still could not be resolved without further delays is proof they are not well trained in the Technical side of things GPRS, MMS etc. Ok I am not asking for a technically challenging request here but asking them to activate a service they provide, sure any monkey at O2 can read out bills and explain them by viewing them on their PC even we can do that online but when it comes to resolving issues they are hopeless. I must admit the person handling my affair was quite helpfull but then she would be if the media is paying close attention, she admitted their are training issues and not everyone is aware of dealing with GPRS, MMS ! they should have addressed that issue before they offered us the service !
Anyway I got my MMS activated today and also got some free credits for my trouble and a direct contact should I have any further problems with O2 online but O2 (not online) will deal with them.
Now the MMS does not reach its destination !
I did not even need MMS but thats not the point

there are people out there that do use it and I know they have had the same experience.
Look at what I had to do to get this sorted, but thats what you get with large organisations who have a large customer base, O2 online is really the worst of them all due to frustration of actually contacting someone unless you want to pay £££££££ and call them while they put you on hold cos they are CONFUSED and have to run around like headless chickens trying to get an answer for simple questions about their products and services.
Jalu mate I suggest you distance yourself from O2 online as O2 itself is not as bad and keep up the good work helping people out.
I will let you know of any developments in the next few days.
