so i tried leaving out the battery etc all night, and still no luck.
I'm on Orange to Alex, but i got my phone from phones4u.
is it possible just to put the games and application back on???
because i don't really want to send it back to orange or phones4u.
EDIT. I downloaded all the applications and games again and tried installing them on to my phone but no luck wouldn't even let it send properly.

any1 know when the newfirmware is out???

There is no problem with flash timing, the sensor affects the flash strength and if you hold your hand over the sonsor you'll get dark pictures.

I have an unbranded K850 and it refused to restart. The solution in my case was to take it to SE service centre and re-install the firmware.

Finally sorted the problem, had to do a master reset (including user files). At least I dont have to send it back!

Hello, ive also had the problem with 'operation failed' coming up. It first happend about 2 weeks after buying the phone, my games and face warp had gone, but i weren't too bothered by that, and now today it has happend again, where i cant access my inbox, sent messages, outbox..etc.. as it keeps coming up 'operation failed'. I read you done a Master Reset..what is one of these?? lol. As i type ive had the phone switched off and battery out for nearly half an hour now, so fingers crossed that will work.
