Mine was very stable up until the latest firmware. Now I get crashes every once in a while.

I had zero crashes and zero hard resets since last firmware.
Very few bugs remain in the firmware applications that make them crash once in a while, but none is serious.

Mine is rock solid. Running push email and running 24/7, it typically needs a reboot after 2 weeks (usually some application crashes, which I take as a sign to perform a reboot). .

Better performance than my Windows Vista .

Have now had mine for just over 2 weeks. Still the original firmware. Had one crash/freeze immediately after taking a pic (while it was 'processing' it). Was just about a 'battery-out' job. Apart from that one instance, it hasn't missed a beat with any of the applications, pic-taking etc.
The green tint does manifest in certain pics and is an annoyance, but overall I'm still very happy with the phone.
Far more stable on original firmware than what my N73 was before it had the later f/w upgrade...
