i just called the company and they are replacing it, SE were no help at all. I think i would have to get a bluetooth dongle forthis one like you guys say. I too have never had any problems with other SE handsets

Its nothing to do with the cable connecting to your computer mate
I have connected mine hundreds of times after it got replaced and it aint happended since. Just think the software goes faulty

well thats when it happened after, i put an album onto the k850 with mass storage and then after that and after disconnecting it i lost all my apps and games and coiuldnt download anymore
