Am using a pair of HPM 70 cuz they fit my ears perfectly...with a nokia n73 music edition...sound quality is superb!

Moto does'nt have stand alone processors, but some of their phones use really good processors which process sound quite well such the Intel XScale and the Freescale processors.
Noki has begun using a Texas instruments processors in the lower end S40 music handsets as well, I cant remember which processor though. But I did'nt much care for the sound O/P on the 5700, was'nt as good as hte N91 nor was it as good as some other phones I've listened to, the bass cracks, its not smooth and you hear fewer instruments than the N91

There are no such things as earphones. Technically speaking you must say In-ear headphones or if you want to be 100% correct ... Canalphones :]

As that is just ridiculous of course people buy a Music phone for pure audio quality otherwise why bother buying a Music phone, you may as well just but a good looking normal phone and pay less. There is nothing worse than listening to Music without good qaulity it destroys the whole experience IMO.

if pure audio quality is what youre after you wouldnt buy a music phone and/or listen to MP3s at all. for me (I'm no audiophile) Walkman phones deliver exactly what they promise: easy to use and attractive solutions for those who dont want to carry two devices with them everywhere.
I honestly dont care if the sound quality (as measured in a lab) is better on some weird samsung phone. co-branding it with b & o? talk about marketing...the nokia/carl zeiss fiasco from a few years ago comes to mind.

Well you're wrong too. *no offense*
There is no such term "In-ear headphones", that type of sound reproduction devices are called "IEM"s - In-Ear Monitors. A.k.a. "plugs", but thats informally of course.
About the sound quality - well ease of use IS important but after all its common for many of the phones out there(not just music), so whats the point to choose a music phone compared to non-music phone equally easy to use but cheaper? Without sound quality(of the bundled headphones too) and power there is no point to call a phone music phone.Do you call camera phones the phones that have easy to use camera? No. If so,you should call iPhone the ultimate camera phone.
Only phones with good imaging hardware are called camera phones. Why so many people don't agree its should be the same with music phones too?
