If you feel you want to protect your phone, my advice would be try using a case.

If you do not want to protect your phone, my advice would have to be dont bother with a case.

@Lau

I dont think a big dyson vaccum and a little p1 make the best of friends
But to be fair that is what i thought of as well...

i heard a case where the "glue" inside the case that comes with p1i package melts, maybe due to heat of the phone or weather, and when it it melts it sticks to the phone. i think you better scrape that glue off just to be sure.

very well said, mate!

the pouch need answers the question of whether you want to protect your phone or not...

I just use the factory pouch and my P1 still looks really good (no scratches of any kind).

I use a MartinFields screenprotector as well, but that's mostly because I like to tap the screen with my greasy fingers

The pouch came with the phone has glue on the sides... everytime I put the phone into it, the sides get really sticky...

I have a metal case. It's okay. Great protection cuz the whole phone is covered (there is plastic in window area too), but it's a little bit inconvenient cuz everytime you use the phone, you have to open the case.

I also have a crystal case. But mine doesn't fit the phone too well...

Now I am using a silicon case with screenprotector. It works fine.

The invisibleShield looks really tempting... does anyone have the full body shield?

I agree. a good case is important! carried p990 casually in my pocket for a couple of weeks, and the touchscreen never fully recovered!
currently I use wm phones and keep them in good cases - they both look "as new" after 6 and 12 months of heavy use and I haven't had to recalibrate ever!

I have the full body shieldzone shield on my P1i and i love it! Ive had the full body shields on all my phones for the last 2 years. ! It eliminates the need for a bulky case, and makes it easier to clean off the phone. The best part for me is the warranty. If i have to send my phone of for repair or if i buy a new phone , a new skin is sent to me

Is it complicated to put it onto the phone? I mean looking at the video on their site is like piece of cake. But they are using iPod only...
