I've just got rid of a virus on my computer...it was terrible, it sent parts of my documents to ramdom people asking them to read it for their advise...so most people did...and then it gets into your computer and deletes stuff...it's a worm or something...

Question: If I have a virus on my computer and sent something to my phone, can my phone get the virus too????

I am inclined to agree with snysop, I generally have to deal with this kind of stuff in work. Before I forward any warnings to users I check on the web to make sure I know what I'm up against. A good place to look if you’re not sure is:

Pleasy check http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/vinfodb.html before posting any virus warnings...

I agree with laffen and snysop measures on reception of such a warnings.

Don't care about phone viruses. Oh my God!! Anyone can belive it?

When J2ME and so on becomes more popular all is possible. But not now. The only thing that can f**k you is a "teardrop" attack. What is this? Well, How about 200 SMS at same time againts your phone?

Regards
