Just noticed the same problem... When using the Radio, I could not change the volume (FW R1CA037)

Removing the battery for some seconds solved it for me...

It seems that is a problem with 037 f/w. I have to restart the phone to make it work. Let's hope that will be fixed in the upcoming major update.

Make a "Norwegian boot", take out the battery and wait around 15 mins.

I had this problem two weeks ago but I haven't experienced this afther I did the above.

Guys I check another K850i a black green one it has the same problem.

Try this while playing media player use camera zoom in zoom out repeatedly then take picture shutdown camera open media player it should show the problem I did this many times to the other phone it showed the problem.

Or open media player press end button to exit media player. Open camera via dedicated on/off button try zooming in and zooming out take a pic then zoom in to the picture zoom out press close off button go back to media player try to play a music and check if your volume is missing.

what the distributor told me here in the Philippines is to wait for the Firmware hopefully they will send me the 038FW
