The SE Video Conversion White paper recommends 325Kbps as the max. bitrate for smooth video on K800. In my experience it is the sweet spot. Higher bitrates do not play well at all.
If you are running 1020Kbps on your K850, I think you have a very unique K850

what about c902? whats the max bitrate it can support without lagg? video max and audio max....
