I suggest you should try to do a master reset. Maybe you should do the same with 8gb memory.
If this doesn't work, try to go to a sony ericsson service point and have a Software Update Conten Refresh.

ill try that tonight, ill make a back up of everything thats on the phone memory and hard drive first though.

I notice you have the alarms 5 minutes apart - this is the snooze period for an alarm.
Any chance you're hitting snooze then the phone is crashing trying to have both alarms going off at exactly the same time 5 minutes later??

no its not that, when alarm 1 goes off, even if i access the time app before the 2nd alarm goes off it freezes
