Actually i think you might need to change the loud speaker or try uploading accoustics to your phone.

changing the acoustic, i think, wont work. he did flash his phone back to k800 and it didnt work.

Funny thing, when i had flashed my K800 to K810, my earphones didnt work neither.
Dont know what i did after that, i think i restarted the phone and they worked..

I did open my phone, but only the lens cover...got scared
and put it back...and then...surprise: IT'S WORKING!!!
