I have yes, Found customer care very good, however found that it cost too much for me to be on there.
36p for a pic or even more, 12p for sms and calls were expensive.
So i went to Orange, they then become dear, customer care down hill and network went poor too.
So now with o2.
I have PAYG sims too for all except three.
Virgin customer care is very good and t-mobile isnt bad, however t-mobile on payg cant use video calling.
Tescos customer care isnt bad and charges are cheap too
From what i understand with the customers, they gained more than they lost. Orange i beleive was the heaviest in losses. But they may now start to turn that around with a new boss at the helm?

Well im gonna limit myself next month my line rental goes upto £25 from £12.50 so I wanna keep everything in at £30 every month if I can
never used 0range ive been on 02 too long this is the firstime ive tried another network,
ive a Mobile World prepay sim works out good for low cost international calls
Im glad Vodafone added Passport onto my account cos international messages are cheaper for me, 02's are still cheaper though,
but ive noticed the messages aren't delayed might be the fact that my pal in Germanys also on Vodafone too
"3" seem pretty good,
they've bucked up there choices of phones since Xmas I think they were the first network to have the N95 8GB before 02 got it
by all means when it comes to exclusive handsets Vodafone get them first !
