Thanks for all your effort.
on the scren where you select the automatic or manual, mine just says "include video soundtrack" with a check box beside.
Since that sounds unrelated, perhaps since this is a pre-production model, the OS hadn't been finished. Anyone know where the latest firmwares fo a w960i are, and how to flash the ROM manually?

you are welcome ... anyway do not be sorry that you do not have it ,cos if you put it on automatic if starts to secan everytime you disconnect from usb or turn the phone on ... even when not needed,my phone stands on manual,yes you can stop it, but it is bit irritating.
