Lovely, tomorrow I'll be getting in contact with the nice people at o2 customer services and get me the unlimited data bolt on
If all goes to plan, o2 will have themselves an extremely happy customer...if not well, I'll blame Esato for my disappointment as if I hadn't been reading the posts I would have never known about it.
as long as your an O2 direct customer and not one who has signed up via CPW and you asked to be placed onto the new 18 month tariff and get the free web bolton which will replace any longweekend or o2 to o2 or unlimited texts you might have on your plan.. Then it should be ok.

All this unlimited data is ok. But they still have a 10minute download cut off when downloading files

Miss uk. Just because you had a bad experience with a retentions advisor does not mean all advisors are giving bad customer service. If that was the case why are 18 million customers still with o2. Having being the network with the highest customer base in the uk as well as having been voted best call centre in the uk last year which is the o2 Bury call centre. So please dont generlise all of o2 with a bad experience u had with one advisor

ive also had bad feedback other stuff to.
there emails for instance, they don't respond to you if they know there in the wrong about somethng!
generally there pretty quick to respond but I really gotta admit there replys suck, if you read how many times people here have posted there replys of them it's as if they don't read what you have sent them!
I think there was one time they actually went out of there way for me when I messed myphone up, even then all she did give me was a Phone-Number lol..
How long have you used 02 for ?

Well when you have been with 02 after say 10-11 years and taking into the fact I was with them when they came out with that Philips Digi U brick known as Cellnet back then, then you will say the samething as me
I never had any other network except them so

well i rang o2 today regarding the new unlimited web bolt on they are doing. However i was told it is only available to new customers despite my contract being a 600min contract.
Although the lady i spoke to didn't seem to have much of a clue about things, i might try tomorrow and speak to someone more knolwedgeable.
