about the custpacks,
it is on the FXS
you can see FSX on the configuration located almost at the bottom of the window click it
browse the custpack and upload it to tpa/preset/custom
*mind you the process is flash your phone's FS and main
then after it had successfully flashed
turn on your phone and wait for configuration error message in your phone's screen after that turn off your phone again and plug it in your computer and connect to XS++ and thats where the finaliztaion-or the time when you'll upload the custpack

i think you should ask the author of the guide that i gave you, he is the one who also gave me the necessary files. gather all the files and make sure it is matched well. study the process. it is an easy process but risky so be sure you know what you are doing

whats your phone's CID?
i think only CID52 phones can be flashed.
i don't know what CID does in the phone.
