GDesk provides a shortcut to Service menu, otherwise its the jog wheel and star key, best to go to the phone app, and you only move it one roll up or down (listen to the clicks your wheel makes)

Hey thanks, this works for me. For what kind of problems does using the tests help? I wonder if it will help resolve a P1i touchscreen calibration issue that I've mentioned here - http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=170926

When I run the Service Test on Touchscreen - the screen goes white (and blank) and just remains that way. Is this ok? or shuld it do some other fascinating stuff (like it does when testing display)?

thanks

The blank screen is ok.

There is no animation or other stuff, just a blank screen and here you should be able to test if your screen is (partially) damaged.

Just scribble some stuff as you would do in Jotter..
