yeah core player dosent seem to be user friendly.... neways, even in power movie, the backlight never goes off...backlight only goes off in beta products such as divx.

Just use internal media player 2 play files and M3 to convert them.

i agree that core player is confusing at first - i almost gave up on it on my first use! but give it time and it all starts to make sense. i'm looking forward to the update.
