try downloading SEUS again. Uninstall the first SEUS, and then install the newly downloaded SEUS installation file. this worked for me. coz before when i tried to update using my old SEUS, it prompted me i had the latest firmware. then i tried to download the SEUS installation file and re-installed it. after that, i now have the R1EA031 firmware!

I have the same FW that you have GENERIC-AMERICA and i could upgrade to R1EA031 with no problems, but i have the unbranded one. if yours is branded your operator (CTI movil) has to aprove the new FW before you can upgrade thru SEUS. If you don't feel like waiting then you can use
DAVINCI to flash your phone with an unbranded FW and then update thru SEUS.
branded is different from locked. branded means the interior(FW) or the exterior(case) has custom applications and/or features from your operator(logo, internet button, other services), locked or sim locked means you cannot use your phone with a SIM from a different operator.
