this is what the identify option in SEtool comes up with.. does it mate that it says OTP LOCKED:1 CID: 49
i thought it got upgraded to 52?

otp cid49 is the orignal CID it was. you said you upgraded to CID52. so no worry about.

Maybe ur phone was previously unlocked by patch. Find another sim unlock patch and apply. Might just get lucky.
