I've seen the same. Seems like there's some background process that keeps running all the time. I had that on the next to last firmware too - if I had installed something on the mem- card that used a service of some sort in the background. It's definitively the same thing now - I'm guessing that there's some routine that maintains the program list in real time. But, as always - it's impossible to figure out exactly what it is (while SE doesn't think it's a problem, and couldn't care less if it was).
