I forgot to mention the Customise File System.
Given the above conversation I was going to go with CENT_EUROPE.
If XS++ looks like this:
and I press "Flash"
Will my phone work again straight away?
What will come on my contacts, pictures, videos already stored on the phone?

I have read that you have to finish off the flashing by uploading a file structure to your phone. Correct?

Configuration Error. customize your phone after you flash the MAIN and FS.

But as it was mentioned in the K800 Firmware overview thread I assumed
it to be okay.
The more I read, the more I knew this to be fine.
Thanks again.
Leaving MyPhoneExplorer to do a backup overnight.
So will flash for the first time ever in the morning.

if you want, move all the files important for you that are stored in the phone's memory manually in case MPE couldnt make it.
