and how do you get rid of the operator logo on the main screen?? {I can't seem to find it}

this thread there a lot of different menu icon packs available.
Once you have found one you like it can be uploaded to tpa/preset/system/menu through xs++

Here is the
layout.xml file that will remove the operator logo - just replace the original file under tpa/system/layout through xs++
