Not been impressed with SE build quality of late but I've found the W890i to be pretty good, certainly better than my experiences with the K850i. The Nokia 6300 build it good too, especially when you consider the price it retails for now.

id have to say the good old nokia 3315
those things can withstand anything. mine in the day went through it all
dropped a hammer on it, dropped it in the shower when i was texting
i was alone aswell
it got thrown against a wall. even pushed a boat into the ocean and had it in my pocket, and it went for a swim lol it then worked for a couple of weeks before it died

so yes 3315 haha =D
