Yeah it chargers and gives you the ability to send themes, screensavers, imelodys etc to your phone. Its ok, you have to download a sendfile programme, to send themes etc. I bought it, got all ringtones etc i wanted and gave it back. Now have unlimited download (over 3kb on t-mobile) on wap, and have free wap, so need for cable.

The cable comes with any soft ware you need on a cd-rom. it charges the phone at the same time wich is bad if you are on the move with a laptop as it drains the batt. you can get it in most cellfone shops and of course the ericsson/sonyericsson web sites
