ok i just purchased 2 credits from wotan and i have no clue what happened but it asked me to update to CID52, but when I plug it now it says CID53. I guess it updated to CID53.
How long does it usually take? its been 25minutes and it says "[INET]downloading" with a file size of 28MB. I have a broadband connection, should it take this long?
How long does the overall process take? Thanks again for the patience guys and of course thank you so much for the help.

ok guys I finally was able to download and install the firmware successfully. It was an internet issue when I was using the Hong Kong firmware, probably it had to connect to Wotan's Hong Kong servers, Im here in NY. I just changed it to the Europe servers and it successfully did it.
Anyways, another question. After the update I followed all instructions, took off the battery for 30-40 seconds then plugged it right back in, it booted up but all I see is a white screen if you look at it straight, but if you tilt the phone a bit you can see/tell that there is a display. I can also hear the boot up screen's sounds. Any idea what this means? Do I need a new LCD? grrr.....saw it somewhere for $60...
