@myth:but it does exist in some countries like Spain,for example. They charge you automatically when you connect. I think QVGA can tell us the prices. But I rememeber being in Spain and the 1st connect would cost something.

I checked Voda roaming charges and there is a minimum of 10 kb in which case the normal charge applies(depending on the country).But that's in Roaming, don't know if it still aplies for a native no.
