Hey Buddy!! Try updating the software now...There is a new firmware available now. The version is R1FA035. It might solve ur problem.

How can I backup my text messages (inbox,outbox) via PC Suite?

selecy all your messages - right click - save as..txt files
or simply u can use "My Phone Explorer" (MPE) to back up your messages.
u can upload your saved messages from PC back to phone using MPE too

This is exactly what I want o do. To save my text messages and to restore them after the firmware update. I can't do that via. Pc Suite, can I? I selected all of my messages but I can't restore them (copy/paste) So, I need the "My Phone Explorer"software to do that. I will ask google for it. I
just hope it's not shareware.. Now I'll update the firmware..I just hope it will do just fine without any issues and I hope this will solve my problems I am having. Wish me luck :-|

Ok friends, I just want to let you know that I did it..I updated my phones software to the latest, R1FA035. Everything went just great. I restored my contacts and tried the phone, made some calls and everythings seems to be fine so far (knocking on wood).
But if the problem presists, I will send it back to the shop. I'll just wait now and see what's happening..
I want to thank you all again for your patience for explaining me everything..I am new at this stuff and this was my first software update I ever made for a phone and..well..seems it's all good now
