Ok guys I just went throught this hell so I know how you feel, my phone is backing up now. I finally upgraded to XP and had stuff not working, turns out I had a firewall installed (zonealarm) that was messing with it. I couldn't go online or anything. So I uninstalled it and everything is fine now. Make sure you have no firewall or old installion of a firewall on there like me. It should work fine after you remove it. At least it did for me.

In my case, the f*ck syncstation and P800 have work together, but now it wont conect, try everyting above and still not working
The topics are over a year old, and still the new software make the same problems?
Any solution?
