Emergency numbers in db2020 phones can be changed, don't know about others.

I brought a K800i on Orange and then unlocked it to O2 but no matter what i do even firmware updates, the phone stays as 911 (I live in the UK by the way) and it should be 999!!! WEIRD i dont need to change it because i dont use that phone any more any way.

Here's an interesting little fact-almost every candybar phone in the world when it has it's keypad locked, you can dial 999/112 or 911, with the exception of Blackberry's!

Edit: also dailing 112 in nz gets you nowhere either
