The battery life can vary depending on which ROM you are running. The unofficial HH1 is poorer than the previous version but I've heard that the official HH1 is better. It also depends on what you do with the phone throughout the day as it's very feature rich with music, video, camera, gps and messaging.

I still mess about with mine, I send quite a few texts, listen to music, etc and I'll have about 50/60% battery left by the time I go to bed. I'm failry sure it spanks the iPhone's ass, it definately wipes the floor with the N95 and Diamond.

One worth installing in the omnia is the old old HTC keypad. The screen is wide enough to leave space for writing. And because its not vga, the keypad design works well. Not to mention its haptic feedback.

Btw, i believe omnia has light sensor.

hey guys. culd someone tell me, hw do u play games(java one's) on a full touch screen phone(like the omnia)? i mean it has no d-pad. do the games support and on screen 1 of some sort?

I've not really installed any games on my Omnia but on the Tocco you get a arrow keypad appear at the bottom of the game. Although it's probably worth buying games that are actually made for the device to be on the safe side.
