I do love it when people get congratulated on getting a phone, like it was really hard to go the shop and buy it.
I know where you're coming from with leaving

though. The quality is getting quite poo. I had the K850i and took it back after 3 days of problems. I didn't want to take the chance it would turn out to be a pain in the arse. Turned out it was the best thing to do!
I'm waiting on the C905i to see if it is any good. If not, I may move brand myself.

Its upside down for me!
(My list is not in order)
My SE W810i - I had nothing wrong with it (but i lend it to my wife and she looses it)
My SE K800i - Best phone i ever had, No problems at all (but i thought it was time for a upgrade)
My Samsung D900i - Dogey, Low battery life, Worst phone i ever had keeps breaking
My Motorola V220 - First time i brought it i thought start way "I should of got a K700i
My K700i - After V220 i brought a K700i like i said. And it was brilliant but after a few years i thought time for a W800i but instead i got a W810i foronly £159.99 at orange because all the other shops where selling it for £200!
My Nokia 5310 XpressMusic - A few weeks it was alright but then when it band on the wall when it was in my pocket the battery socket and sim card socket broke! it happened over 5 times! So i gave up and brought a D900i
So out of all Sony Ericsson phones where the only ones that did not break! So from now on the only phones im gonna get from now on is SE's only! LG's i have never had but people say its like Samsungs any way. But i am thinking of getting KC550 LG. or may be a C902.

SE should have you stuffed and put on their mantle piece. you're a very rare and exceptional case indeed. the chances of only having the only phones that don't break to be sony ericssons is like winning the lottery.

Not really. Don owned a K850 and you have an S500 by the looks of things. You two got the really short straws.
I have a K810 that has been rock solid for 18 months. My W810 before that just kept going and going.
Some models are more prone than others.
