Yes i understand that there can be faults and upgrades going that cause problems. But i called them again this morning with a helpful cheerful chap. He again checked my postcode and said there is no fault. Also he said something i already know that i have very good coverage which is very true i do. I have noticed a pattern of weekends and evenings but that in itself is very frustrating as i come home in the evening and wish to use it. Think im going to buy a laptop soon with proper broadband from a landline. Not mobile broadband either and just use my phone for calls texts on GSM cos im fed up with mobile internet now its pants. Oh and the guy this morning refunded me for the Oasis track cos i still dont have it. Napster is pants anyway as the menus drive you mad. You browse through a load of songs then all of a sudden your taken back to main menu for no reason. But thats Napster not O2 at fault.

You could search for it and get it free but then that would be illegal and against forum rules recomending such a thing.

Cos i never had proper internet at home as yet i have yet to use or come across these free sites. And yes 3UK is a good option but another frustrating thing is their coverage is not good where i live. Only O2 Orange are best where i live. Vodafone is better than 3 but not the best. T Mobile non existent. I will have to think about things for a while as leaving O2 for calls and texts on normal GSM is hard cos its great value. But its just their internet. Orange is expensive and i dont want contract or sim only. Going to find out if Vodafone have updated their 3G where i live. If so will being moving to them. My best friend i chat to all the time is with Vodafone but with my unlimited favourite place mins every month i call her landline. Oh decisions decisions. Just another update this evening i just got home and its still not working. AND THEY TELL ME NO FAULT. There must be loads of O2 users in my area browsing all bloody night. Im using GSM again which works fine. Oh well.

I have sent an email to O2 concerning this cos its getting worse now. I cannot even send a text on 3G now its that bad. Lets hope I hear something back. I went onto Site Finder site & clicked on the 3G mast & it asked if I wished to send an email to the operator regarding this mast. OH YES I DO. Also Site Finder is not really upto date there are more masts where I live & hardly any show up on the site. Oh well wait & see. ANOTHER UPDATE. Just had an email back from Sitefinder not O2. And they said PLEASE RING CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK AT O2 AND THEY WILL GET YOU UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. Yeah i bet. Not. I give with this. I checked Vodafone and apparently a 3G mast has gone up where i live. Will buy a cheap sim and test it out. Or does anyone know of where i can get a free Voda sim as i know O2 are always doing it with free sims.

Cheers will do that then. I am a little wary about Asda due to Tesco not doing 3G so Asda might not either. I will go get Voda sim to test. The guy in Voda store said my area is now surrounded by 3G coverage but i dont always trust what sites say about coverage. Last time i tested Voda 3G where i live i only got 2 bars of signal in back room of my house.
