Is your phone branded. That could be the problem. Get davinci team to do some flashing and restore your original firmware

It is, actually, with some stupid Italian brand branded. How does that work, the flashing by the Davinci team?

your problems don't sound like bugs. Bugs are common faults reported by many users. Your problems are more likely a firmware issue on your phone alone. In that case updating by SEUS MAY help, but also a master reset will probably help just as much (or even a settings reset). It's not the version of firmware that's the problem, but probably that the firmware is corrupted and needs reinstalling. A master or settings reset will reinstall the firmware from ROM.
If that doesn't work, THEN try reflashing the firmware with Davinci.

Well, i just tried the settings install but that didn't work so i suppose that i have too do a master reset, so everything will be reset. That ain't really a problem, though i don't want to loose any of the standart themes and stuff that is on the phone ATM. In what state does a master reset leave my phone after applying it?
