That happened to me, SEUS fixed it.
I got that glitch after phone went on blink, i couldn't install any app on the phone, gave it a few days and a restarted it each day. And as expected problem solved

I have a problem where I cannot install any programmes it just pops up saying "Operation Failed" a Master Reset did not fix this, a little help?
Is that the same with you? Nothing else is wrong.

Not the same thing for me, i cant use my phone at all, handset completely freezes up with black screen before i can even open any applications.

I think this phone has something especial.
I have the same feeling i had before with my W810i and my K750.
should make a new version of this phone with better build quality and no bugs, that would be perfect ^_^

Adsada the fault you are having is the exact same fault I had with my phone after re-installing the latest firmware. This is why I have sent my phone back to s.e. I suggest you send this back too.

@Coquito: yea that's true isn't it, the k850i just feels special, i mean it has to be pretty special when after buying a n82(it was a toss up between the two) all i could think about was the k850i...forcing me to eventually buy one as well
I've had it for a few weeks now and i still just adore the looks of it
