I had the same experience before. Follow the manual instructions and do the following :
1. Resetting the headset
2. Total power off
3. Total power on
Make sure your phone setting as :
Bluetooth\Options\Operation mode "ON"
Bluetooth\Options\Headset sound "In headset"
Setting\Voice control\Caller name "ON"
Good luck !!!

got a question for you guys using the bluespoon w t68i. Is there a way to transfer an EXISTING call from bluespoon back to the phone? I can't seem to do this. If I pushed anything on the bluespoon it will either inc/dec volume or shut off (when both are pressed). Pressing anything other than the NO on your cell will not do anything. thanks!

Just press the menu key on your phone during your call and then you will be given the option to "transfer sound" Press 2 and then yes. This should work for you it does for

About P800 and Bluespoon :
The combination works, no matter where you are in the world,..its got nothing to do with that.
Voice dialling : Instead of recording the voice-tags through the headset, do it through the phone, as You normally would.
This will work too for the T68i and Bluespoon
Voice-answering (guess its sort of magic-word) also works on P-800.
When Bluespoon rings, say "ANSWER" (if thats the word recorded, hehe).
It will pick up the call
This is sort of tricky with bluetooth,..and you basically got to say the word, right after the first ring-tone.
regards
Jan
