Well owning both the K850i and C905, I can tell you that there is a huge difference in the performance so processor speed alone isn't the only factor by which they can be judged.

well, i also own k850, c902, etc, etc, etc.......... AND i tried c905 many times.

i dont agree that k850 runs MUCH slower then c905, (c905 is faster but not that much).
the speed depends FIRST OF ALL of the firmware, (a less bugg-free, better optimized firmware make the UI run faster & smoothly).....

K850 have a stronger CPU then c905, BUT a more buggy firmware, thats why it maybe feels a bit slower.....(K850 have also 40 MB internal memory against c905/C902 160 MB)

edit....one thing i know for sure, is that C902 with latest firmware runs quick like Hell

Well I have the latest fw's on both phones and there is still quite a difference - having the media playing and doing anything else seemed to overwhelm the K850i somewhat. The C905 doesn't seem to have any issue with this.

Maybe its just my phone, I know the quality is inconsistent to say the least but I get your point.

Yep,those results dont seem reliable at all, it claims the N78 has a ARM9 CPU, which is completely wrong. Im pretty sure the K850, C902 and C905 run the same CPU, BUT like said above things like software optimization can a play a part, the C905 has probably been optimized to run smoothly even at lower clock rates to save battery. I highly doubt SE would give their newer flagships weaker hardware than older ones.

Gucci. i think the list is correct......(i dont think c902, c905, K850 use the same CPU....why should they ????)

if am wrong...well, i am.

Plank
LOL, why would they not use the same CPU, if not then the C905 must have the best CPU, And why not believe Mizzle? He's the dam EDIT: Editor-in-chief of USEB, im pretty sure he'll have a bit more knowledge about these things.

I googled my query and could just find that W and K series use ARM926EJ-S

don't believe in every googled info for sure ARM926 (ARM9E family) is in C905. old models like K750 or W800 have ARM710 (ARM7 family), X1 something from ARM11 family, P1 something from ARM9 like in K800, etc. quite possible that DB3150 is ARM9 while DB3210 is ARM9E

if you really need full specifications you should look for repair manuals, which isn't that easy. for sure you shouldn't pay attention on CPU informations on JBenchmark.com
