Dude, get a life. Instead of slagging off people behind the counter (who dont get prices until the day the phone is released), why dont you point the blame at SE. They are the ones who give the retailers the release dates and RRP. Plus, if you Cat is so clever why has it only got one eye and 3 legs, seems to be a stupid cat to me.

i dont doubt that some of their staff are v.knowledgeable but on the whole (i have yet to experince one) thye are just salespeeps.
it is very annoying though especially as consumer knowledg of mobiles is increasing it appears cpw knowledge and offer of further info of services is decreasing.
cpw need sto lose its love of butt nice nokia handsets and get their staff trained up on whats really going in the indutsry theyre supposedly part of.

who sets the rrp for their phones thats left to networks, who base it upon their costs. all
is make the phone and sell it networks. the consumer price is up to the network.
